Wow, very interesting. So he says we should recognize it,,, hummmmmmmm. If it's the blackbird, it doesn't look like any version I know of. The same with the StarJammers. There is however some x-men ship in this article planting a "gateway" and flying away which has upturned winglets. IDK how recognizable it's supposed to be as an x-men ship though. www.polygon.com/2019/8/30/20837236/house-of-x-3-spoilers-references-easter-eggs-theoriesNothing else comes to mind. Skrulls? Kree? Shiar? Fantastic Four? Nothing relatable is coming up in any search I do.

It didn't seem to be a Quinjet or anything from the alien races I can find so far. Are there some other possibilities? This is driving me mad now lol

He never got in a ship in the films that I can think of. Why would they say we’d recognize it? This is so weird lol

Why would they say we’d recognize it? This is so weird lol It is Tivan's ship. Or, we can assume it is Tivan's ship. You see it in Infinity War during the "illusion scene." He never actually pilots it though, and as far as I remember, it only appears in IW. Based on the ship, and Tivan both being an illusion in that scene, it's hard to say if that is really his ship. I call foul on Herron.

I found this at marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Taneleer_Tivan_(Earth-616)Collector's Ship: The Collector keeps this ship in hyperspace while orbiting, to avoid it being detected while he is looking for specimens. He can access the ship through a small, invisible cabin-like gateway.
Temporal Assimilator: This device allows the Collector to travel through time, but is only effective for short distances (meaning short times). A bigger-scale device similar to this allows him to "fish" artifacts from other periods of history and even alternate realities.

Interesting, analytical take on Marvel’s Loki character by an undergrad at Cornell U.
I think the author lands on a lot of issues I also have with the show, especially the missed opportunity to learn more about Loki v.Earth-616. He does “fizzle,” from the deranged Loki the Hulk has just smashed. Or maybe his defeat, beating, escape, and arrest, all happening within a few hours takes some of piss out of him.
My disagreement with her essay is she forgets Loki is not a human. He is an “ice runt” frost giant who just looks human via his foster god father’s Asgardian magic. As we see in the series, there are many types of Lokis and not all are human looking.
The author’s disappointment over Loki’s character’s sexuality reveal and subsequent “Lokicest” is understandable, but ignores that Loki may not be male or female, but perhaps one of several sexes found among their species, though we don’t know anything about frost giant sex organs and reproduction as far as I know. And certainly not only in Norse legends, but most human myths, their gods’ sexual practices, mores, and reproduction are bizarre. Even Christianity has a god with a fantastic, non-human reproduction system.
Therefore, Loki’s sexuality does not have to conform our expectations. And that is part of his character inside and out of the MCU. Our Loki’s struggle is not his sexuality, but breaking free from the very long tradition of his narrative requirements to always be a destructive trickster who foments chaos, doomed to miserably fail and suffer for his preordained deeds. The various Lokis and Sylvie’s unrealized powers, when combined, hints at the possibilities hopefully to be explored further in season two.

What Is everyone's thought on this TVA rumor, That the TVA helped the Avengers win Endgame? I don't see them helping the Avengers to up-end reality. Basically you had a group of Avengers who cried sour grapes at their Infinity War outcome, and decided to cheat by stealing from their counterparts in other universes. Doesn't feel TVA approved.
