If not, who and why? I believe he would be the perfect choice. He just knows how to make movies and write characters, world-class act

Avengers Age of Ultron is not my favorite MCU movie but somehow its my go to movie if I 'need' to rewatch something from the MCU. Yeah, sometimes I need my MCU fix. And Age of Ultron is whole lotta fix.
My point is... I wouldnt mind him doing another one.

If not, who and why? I believe he would be the perfect choice. He just knows how to make movies and write characters, world-class act I think he'd be really good at exploring the 'family' dynamic between the characters. On pretty much every show of his I've watched, there has been a 'family' dynamic between the main characters (whether they were actual family members or not) and I think he knows how to realistically show them getting on each other's nerves/arguing one minute, then proving their devotion to each other/how much they care about one another the next. I can totally picture at least one scene between the characters where they're arguing/shouting over the top of each other (I can't say I'm a 'fan' of these types of scenes, but I've noticed them in most of Joss' projects and he seems to like including them). Also, if he were to get the job...expect at least one character you really care about to bite the dust and for there to not be any long-lasting happy romantic relationships.

Definitely. I love both of his Avengers movies. He showed that he really knows how to make characters play off each other well.
