Ridiculous. Genocide, is that what she said or reported it? Havent seen the vid yet Some of the fans referred to Baby Yoda's actions in that episode as genocide, and Grace, always ready to support a ridiculous hot take, sided with them. Her brain isn't worth the bleached-blonde, helmet hair sitting on top of it.

The first truly great episode, which finally proves that there are boats in the SW Universe.

The first truly great episode, which finally proves that there are boats in the SW Universe. This is the way... Is there a difference between a Moff and a Grand Moff? Yes. Like the military general system of Be My Little General (Brigadier Gen, Major Gen, Lieutenant Gen, General, General of the Army) which are all the General ranks represented by stars, the Grand Moff is a step past Moff. Grand Admiral would be the Five Star General of the Army equivalent. The difference between Moff and Admiral is civilian governor vs military leader. Many positions of influence over military operations are in the hands of civilians with military personnel assigned under them. The Moffs would be similar to state governors over national guard soldiers. They have rank equivalent to military ranks, but not technically military rank. We use GS ratings in the US to denote this value of position and often the people filling them are prior service or subject matter experts.

S2E4 Initial Thoughts: Nice work again. This one has a lot of Star Wars feels and more than a few bigger universe ties. The Child continues to be a jerk, familiar faces abound, and some solid film interim story telling. Generally, watch this episode.

Yep
This one was great.
And I will have a bold claim tomorrow during the review that will not sit well with a lot of Star Wars fans.

I loved this episode so hard
They set you up with a preview of the pilot episode. And you wondered what that meant. Nice buildup all the way from fun with being marooned, to an easy infiltration, to another hallway laser battle (you know I love those), and then shit got real. Horrific mutant experiments dating back to the pilot, a beautiful and bad ass speeder chase (my favorite storm troopers btw), and then f’ing tie fighters. It was epic. And then a nice little bow on the end. The chicken man is up to some series shit. Calling all dual wielding badasses.

A theory occurs to me in thinking of our most recent episode review. The original dark troopers were based upon attachments to clones, who all aged out due to their accelerated growth production. Boba, on the other hand, is still a clone but didn't receive premature aging. I believe his return may be as an upgraded Boba Dark Trooper, perhaps with the added M-Count research at the same time or after an initial loss. As long as we're comparing to films, think of Emil Blonsky (Abomination) arc.

So I just watched episode 12 and... Was that who I thought it was in that thing? I got the feeling it was early Snoke or Palps recovery efforts using the Midichlorian extractions. Others seemed to feel that process was tied to the Dark Troopers seen near the end of the episode. It seems mostly conjecture at this point, but those tanks seemed pretty comparable to those from Rise of Skywalker to me.

I feel like we need to find a guy in an MCU film with jeans, a grey shirt, and a black watch and launch the same multiverse theory, perhaps even ascribing extradimensional powers and identity such as an MCU equivalent to Mr. Mxyzptlk or Q. Maybe it was Bob Chapel doing his Stan Lee equivalent cameo.
