Sean Connery is the best but most of them are good except for Craig who was playing somebody, I don't know who, but it wasn't James Bond. This wasn't Craig's fault, of course, he did what they wanted.

Connery and Moore for me.
Connery obviously has the dominance but Moore was in the part in the films I saw at drive-ins and he's more of the knight errant good guy. He is closer to a superhero kind of character. Maybe not what the author intended but he best captured the sensibility of the nice civil servant out to save the world. Even though I do not like the comical slant of the films but the Connery ones were almost as bad for undercutting the suspense with silly innuendos. At least the Moore ones didn't take themselves seriously at all. Funny thing is--I have not seen any Craig film but when watching The Golden Compass I thought--"I can see why he might have been picked for the role." He looked good with a beard.
Dalton was ok but Brosnan felt rather mild.

Connery for me. Dalton also good. And I have a soft spot for Lazenby. He for sure was in tje best movie of the lot and got too much hate because he had to take over.

Roger Moore for me. I really loved the lighthearted take on Bond. He’s still got the charm but he doesn’t feel afraid to make fun of himself.
Brosnan would prob be my second.
Then Connery.
