Thanks for this^. I felt the Season 2 final devolved into silliness quite a bit. Yes, it was more 'comic book-y', but given that (most of) what had come before felt more or less 'grounded', it was quite the tonal shift to go from that to this full-blown comic book stuff. I see they're continuing on with that in this third season. When watching the trailer, I was mostly concerned by the seeming lack of Martha...but thankfully she appeared towards the end. I'll probably eventually check this out on Blu-ray whenever it's released here like I did with the first two seasons, but after the weirdness of the Season 2 final...I'm not in any hurry. Oh, and somehow I doubt that adding 'The origin of Batman's butler' to the title is going to draw in any people who aren't already watching the show. Yes, it's what the show's about (Batman's future butler), but putting that in the actual title just seems parody-esque.
