It's not like I was avoiding red meat or anything. I did eat some but I suppose it wasnt enough. Wish I couldve known that for the past 1-2 weeks. So gruelling when it couldve been entirely avoided. So annoying. My energy and focus was terrible
I always feel refreshed or at least "normal" when I do eat a steak say at least every 2-3 days

I rarely eat steak but yea, its a good time. I eat plenty of everything else tho. Chicken is my go to meat.

Of course. Chicken, lamb and pork too. Im by no means a vegetarian or some kind of special diet
