So Dc did a nice SDCC presentation and trailer release for "Black Adam" and "Shazam Fury of the Gods" but they were completely overshadowed by Marvel which talked about a coherent plan going forward and lots of titles.
Besides the obvious avoidance of "The Flash", here are some other things DC chose not to talk about for whatever reason.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Batgirl Blue Beetle The Penguin Static Shock Zatanna The Batman 2 Titans Superman and Lois Stargirl The Flash (TV Series) Gotham Knights Joker 2 Harley Quinn DC League of Super-pets Wonder Woman 3 Peacekeeper
I'm surprised they didn't leverage SDCC to gin up excitement for some of these other projects.

My working theory is that they only went to SDCC 22 because Marvel announced they were going (close to the last minute). They likely didn't have much time to prepare to get the status of all of their projects. This is harder to do when there is no central leadership. Also, with Zaslov hacking and slashing at the DC empire, it's probably hard to talk about anything with certainty.
They probably refrained from presenting Aquaman 2 due to the controversy surrounding Amber Heard.
When the Flash gets referenced in the Shazam trailer, they intentionally hide Ezra Miller's face from view.
They also didn't mention the Flash movie, likely for the same reasons as Aquaman 2.

Yeah, James Wan just showed concept art from the first AQUAMAN move online.

I forgot to mention "The Sandman" on Netflix.

I forgot to mention "The Sandman" on Netflix. Netflix did show the trailer for the Sandman at SDCC. They purchased the live-action rights to the character, so they presented it. I couldn't find it online.

Great observations, and there are at least a half dozen in there they’ve got on priority status, sooooooo really, there are no updates? Nothings in production that a star could at least talk about? No teasers or stills or anything? It almost makes me wonder if they’re not done with the axe just yet. I agree with your statement elsewhere that they aren’t just going to cancel everything but maybe they’re holding off on committing to further promoting some of these while they discuss the prospects of which are expendable.

If I believed things like curses were real, I’d be convinced they had been marked with one. It’s just head in hands compelling to think back to the start, realizing they were already on the wrong path, and then to have watched them slow motion car wreck their way along for a full decade now, slowly tying a noose with their own umbilical chord they can’t cut instead of ever solving their core problem or finding a direction. And then of course bolstered by the occasional genuine but exaggerated successes where they were proclaimed to be on the right path, but still without direction and ever committing themselves to projects they are seemingly obligated to find a future they have no vision for.

Well, now we know why Batgirl was off the table. It's probably like the others have said regarding Zaslav's direction and the last min announcement by Marvel. Could it also be possible that The Rock requested to have a sole presentation? It was only Shazam and Black Adam after all. Would also be easier to have that request granted considering he's The Rock and the uncertain direction at the time I think the Penguin/Reeves show is also cancelled now? Flash ending and a shortened season so I guess no point in promoting and there would be questions about the truncation and Flash in general ie Ezra problem Not saying anything about Joker 2 doesnt make any sense though or Batman 2 I suppose. Ultimately Zaslav or his underlings didnt give the green light for anything else even if it was a last minute presentation
