ArArArchStanton I know you're one I can’t listen to the video right now unfortunately, but I love Disney and Universal in Orlando. They keep getting better, they keep expanding, the near endless resorts are incredible, the social areas like Disney Springs, City Walk, The Boardwalk, and I-drive are loads of fun. Disneyland has more trouble with space, capacity, and California, which is why Florida is the vastly superior theme park experience. What did John say exactly?

Just that he was livid due to spending 1500 on Disney for his anniversary and he didnt even get to go to the attractions that he spent the money on in the first place. He bought tickets in advance and you cant book for it. It was Galaxy's Edge or something. You have to do it on the day from a certain time via the app. He logged in on the dot re the starting time and it was all booked out. Disney doesnt give you a refund or allow you to try again another day, nothing. Another couple had the exact same issue. Said he will be just going to Universal in the future

Said he will be just going to Universal in the future So I'm guessing he's talking about Rise of the Resistance, and yeah, he's right. Obviously you have to have a park ticket already, but there's no guarantee of getting on that ride. The issue is that it's so popular they set up a virtual queue, and if it's anything like Florida, you have only a few seconds to get your pass for that one ride. It books up fast. Here if you don't get in the first time, they have a secondary time to sign in at 1PM, but again, it goes fast. It's not a problem for me because I'm an annual passholder, so if I don't get on it, no big deal. I just try again next week. I get on more often than not anyway, so it's not like it's impossible. But if it was my one and only time ever at the park, yeah it would be annoying as hell. The issue is that it's so busy there's nothing more that Disney can do about it. They literally put everybody they can possibly put on the ride. John can go to Universal all he wants, but he's being an idiot, because he's protesting what was just announced as the highest rated theme park ride in the world. When you're protesting that their ride is too good, I think you've missed the point.

There should be a warning but Im guessing that's already under terms and conditions. Btw I checked out a youtube vid of the ride. It does look pretty cool. Travel around in some buggy while the area is in battle mode

Travel around in some buggy while the area is in battle mode Oh yeah it’s an entire experience. The line itself becomes a part of the attraction as you become a member of the Resistance. The staff gets into it in a serious way, it’s in 4 parts. I don’t want to spoil it all but it’s an experience like I’ve never seen.
