The awesome miniseries they did back in the nineties or the awful movie they did like eight years ago? Because the former is awesome and the latter I never bothered with at all.

First picture of DeWanda Wise's character next to Chris Pratt.
As I presume they're about to break Red Guardian out of a Russian prison he's found himself in again.

So now Frank Marshall said that a 4th Jurassic World movie could possibly happen. If it does, I want to see Cenozoic creatures make an appearance like Smilodons or Mammoths or giant sloths.

Giant sloths, eh? I look forward to the “must go faster” parody scene where the vehicle and creature are only going 1 mile per hour.

I'll always remember back when the TV series Lost was originally airing and we still didn't know what 'the monster' was, I found something online that theorised it was a giant sloth. After it was revealed what the monster actually was...I thought to myself that I would've preferred a giant sloth.

A giant sloth made an appearance in the show "La Brea" which has finished it's first season and is renewed for a second.

I’m currently reading The Lost World by Michael Crichton. Not as good as the first so far but still enjoyable.

I honestly don't get this obsession with bring old people back, and I say that as an old person.

As much as I want to see the original cast reunited onscreen, I *will* be reading spoilers if I'm to determine whether or not I see this movie at the theatre - which will be entirely dependent on two things: 1) If any pain/suffering/death comes to those poor innocent herbivore dinosaurs Trevorrow seems to have some sick/twisted hate-on against (RIP, Brachiosaur. You'll never be forgotten! ). and 2) If BDH's character is killed off (things are looking pretty grim for her in that trailer ). If either of those^ things occur, then I've got just one message for Trevorrow...

I’m currently reading The Lost World by Michael Crichton. Not as good as the first so far but still enjoyable. Yeah it's pretty solid as Crichton novels go. I wish there was a revival of Michael Crichton movies like how we got Congo and Disclosure and even TIMELINE in the wake of the first two JP movies.

I read Congo when I was a kid but hadn't touched another of his novels until last year when I read Jurassic Park, Sphere and The Great Train Robbery...and now The Lost World. Crichton was an amazing writer and Im only a handful into his works.

Chalice_Of_Evil, I really don't think Claire is gonna die in this. Of course I could be proven very wrong later. Weirdly enough that's never been the JP franchise's thing. Like killing off the main heroes.

Like killing off the main heroes. Thanks for the reassurance. I appreciate it. But that's^ part of the reason why I think they will off her - because previously none of the main 'heroes' have ever been offed in these movies, and I think they'll want to shake things up/actually have some 'stakes' (whereas if it's just a bunch of characters who no one cares about that get offed, then there's no real sense of 'danger'). I can see their way of thinking - can't off the original trio, can't off Pratt because he's the 'hero', they're not going to off the kid or the new chick they've introduced in this movie...so that just leaves BDH's character, Claire. The fact that we saw her in TWO instances where it looks like she's seconds away from death makes me feel that there's no way she's going to escape from both. Anyway, I hope I'm wrong and you're right. I'll be waiting anxiously to find out.

And just after spouting one of their nostalgic catchphrases no doubt. Ian, in the jaws of a Rex: “Life, uh, found a way”. *chomp* Cue sad version of the original theme.
