Oh that makes more sense. Netflix of course
Gotta say, this guy has a habit of getting more than one film or trilogies in his deals. That manager/agent must be awesome or perhaps it's Rian himself?

They should title the second movie Knives In then title the third film Knives Out Again, which would make for a trilogy of films titled Knives Out, Knives In, Knives Out Again (thus having the titles form a stabbing motion description between all three of them).

Methinks you put more thought into the titles than the studio will.

Well, I can safely say I prefer the cast of the first film.

An update from Daniel Craig: “… We did the second one in the summer. We shot in Greece and then we filmed studio work in Serbia. It's finished, it's in the can, Rian's editing now and it'll be out Autumn of this year. It's done, amazing really.” screenrant.com/knives-out-2-update-daniel-craig/

Oh Lordy, Johnson’s doing Last of Sheila. We only see a tiny bit of it, but that boat’s a dead ringer. Too bad Sondheim isn’t around to see this, though (I say this as a fan) he’d probably nitpick the cluing just for the heck of it. “Mr. Johnson tells us in the solution that Bob is the killer because he was the only one who had access to Mary’s key to enter George’s room and kill Frederica, thus incriminating George.” * clears his throat, scratches his beard* “Um, the problem is that he doesn’t account for the possibility of a second key, which would of course permit anyone to kill Frederica. He tries to take pains to close his circle of suspects, but his inability to account for a second key unfortunately means that he cannot conclusively establish Bob’s guilt.” * scratches his beard* “Um, of course I appreciate Mr. Johnson’s use of ‘You Could Drive a Person Crazy,’ but in that context—unlike the one which George Furth and I wrote—the song does not fit. Bob in the film is established to be clear-minded, which is the opposite of what we were doing with Bobby in Company. As Oscar Hammerstein used to tell me…” Etc. Also, they’re not seriously going with Knives Out 2 as the title, are they? Chalice_Of_Evil ’s Knives In is lightyears better.

Johnson is like the artist equivalent of Trudeau. The merit-lacking individual given a world-wide podium.
It's like the Gong Show except there's no Rex Reed to stop the suffering of the audience.

You know, your favorite movie of 2022 so far! You think Johnson is borrowing from the ’22 DotN? I’m not really seeing that in the teaser—while I did indeed loathe Branagh’s movie, I don’t have any problem with him borrowing from the original book, which is my favorite Agatha Christie mystery, or the Ustinov film (which he likes).

I’d be surprised if h did. I’ve no concrete proof aside from they both took place on boats.

If that happens then 1) Chalice_Of_Evil should get a lawyer and 2) we have a mole here! While I'm disappointed my title was used, on the plus side...evidently at least we have no moles here.
