No property is too big to fail. If they let their success get to their heads, that fosters arrogance and that's when people start making mistakes and bad creative decisions. I've thought about it for a while, and this actually ties in with what I believe led to their overwhelming success for so long compared to other shared universes: their course-correction capability.
Not the long term planning or the tonal consistency or the Easter-egg tie-ins. Their capacity to change course and learn from past mistakes is what keeps them going. If the MCU or someone involved like Feige lose sight of that, it all comes down.

One miss and they fall of the perch. Its that simple. I think it would take more than that. The Marvel brand is a juggernaut. I mean look at the dc misses

I think they've created a culture that is resistant to failure, but nothing, and no one is "too big to fail." The question is at best disingenuous and at worse, bordering on obtuse. The only people who ask it are typically the ones who want it to fail.
MCU creators know that the sandbox is bigger and far more important than any of their individual contributions. No one is competing for creative dominance, and everyone is looking for ways to make their material feel new and relevant. It's a club full of strivers who don't want to be seen as inadequate when comparing their work to their peers. Scott Derickson said it best. "Someone is going to make a bad MCU movie at some point, but it's not going to be me."
It is not a question of can or will they fail so much as it is when and how. I imagine a gradual decline in interest in the genre as a likely scenario. Marvel Studios could easily make a miscalculation or a mistake in casting or answering cries for diversity that gets magnified to the point where the franchise is forced to take a long hiatus.

a brand name this big is "fail proof"

same thing applies to the ( horrible ) Transmorpher films
for whatever reason, people keep paying to see them
