I’m loving this show. I like how he’s building a loyal following, I loved the Sarlacc pit, I love the settings, I love the politics, and I love how this last episode started to resolve his past and tie it into what’s happening now. Good stuff!

Great episode. Now Boba is becoming more of a head gangster. Interesting they played some of the Mando music in the final scene. Wonder if that means anything?

Or, depending on who you ask, it sank to a new low. Star Wars fans... Always hating on their favorite property.

So nobody has anything to say about what we got today? Wow. Star Wars is dead I suppose I thought it was awesome. 11/10. A little strange though as it was a full Mando ep and it's not like it was a backdoor pilot either lol. I saw somewhere that Mando is a better character than Boba and it's true

I was taken aback by Chapter 5. While I don’t mind Mando being introduced to the series, that’s expected, but I think they wasted a lot of time doing it. The Boba Fett TV show’s pacing has always been slow, but this episode ground to a halt.

I’m loving all of it. These shows are building a rich lived in world with blockbuster action and tense drama. Taking an aside to explore unique creatures or what other characters are up to is what should be happening. If they’re going to a trip, they might run into a monster that isn’t part of their mission. Mando might have a story of how he got woven back into what Boba is doing. It’s awesome.

Good episode, but this is getting ridiculous. Fett is getting to be so marginalized, he's going to need his own Pride day.

Other than the shoot-out in the street…which was fantastic…I’m like, WTF happened to Boba? I feel like I’ve missed the ending of the Book of Boba Fett due to a coma, woke up to the Mandalarian Season Two, relapsed and came to again in the middle of a Star Wars movie.

I actually enjoy the asides. If you ever read the lord of the rings, the first half of both books 2 and 3 didn’t have Frodo in them at all. The point was to show a larger story and how other events came to merge with what the lead character was doing.
I think we’re getting a little caught up with the idea that Boba has to be in every episode. When what we’ve seen is how an army is going to be raised on his behalf. And we need to see that.
I remember reviews of Pierce Brosnan films where they sent him to places he really didn’t need to be for the story to progress. Meaning, they could have shown what was going on, and come back to him where he was doing something that made more sense. They just wanted to have him in every scene. It’s not necessary though. The story that’s being told here is making a lot of sense and we’re going to see it come full circle to how it all leads into Boba’s presumed victory.

I was just talking with Max. He envisions the end of this season is Boba riding like a total badass down the streets on top of a rancor and flanked by a Jedi, a Mandalorian, a warrior Wookiee, the Marshalls, local gangs, and possibly the leaders of the other syndicates who have come to recognize him as the man. He is going to look like a BOSS

Agreed, while I understand the pov on the other side, it is called the Book of Boba Fett after all. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Other shows do this too where the focus is not on the main character for an episode or two
