I really think this guy has gone off the deep end. Well, he recently landed a lead role in a limited series for ABC, so it doesn’t seem like he’s been blacklisted by Hollywood. Still, I guess the Snyder Cut will be the last time we see him as Cyborg.

This is just stupid.
(side note: Age of Ultron is awesome and made $1.4 Billion at the box office)
Screen Rant and those click bait titles... Gotta love it.

I really think this guy has gone off the deep end. Or... maybe... he's crazy like a fox. Women Of The Movement, the new series he's joined at ABC, is produced by Jay-Z and Will Smith, among others. Not the worst allies to have in entertainment as a person of color. Somehow I see him winding up in films like this one a few years down the line. Who knows, if he finds no "corruption" at ABC, it could set the stage for a second act for him at Marvel/Disney - stranger things have happened. He's the type of guy that could fade out tomorrow or, a decade from now, he'll be the president of SAG-AFTRA, and you'll wonder how that happened.

Hey, if even the Eragon kid can recover... Out of curiosity, do you still believe this was all a scheme on his part to hurt Marvel?

He’s been attacking higher ups at WB left and right, and has signed on to work with Disney for an ABC miniseries, while vowing to never work with WB again. If his goal is to smear Marvel and prop up DC, he’s not doing a very good job...

He wasn’t even taking shots at Marvel. He was accusing Joss Whedon of having an ego. Why would Ray Fisher even care about going after Marvel? Actors don’t care about whatever fanboy wars exist between Marvel and DC. All they care about is getting paid. That’s why multiple actors have been in both Marvel and DC productions.

Again, he’s also gone after people associated with DC as well. He just said that he will never work with DC again as long as Walter Hamada is in charge. He doesn’t have any loyalty to DC as a company or franchise, and he certainly wouldn’t have any interest in tearing down Marvel. Actors don’t care about fanboy wars.

No, but he has loyalty to Snyder, and he started this whole thing basically at the same time The Snyder Cut was announced. Making one of the MCU's heavy hitter directors look bad is basically their best shot at helping The Snyder Cut.

If he wanted to tear down the MCU in order to “help” the Snyder Cut, he would’ve gone after Kevin Feige. He never did. Joss Whedon hasn’t been associated with the MCU in years. Ray Fisher badmouthing him has zero effect on the MCU. I don’t understand why you have to think this is some kind of anti-Marvel conspiracy. Isn’t it a lot easier to believe that he simply did not get along with Joss Whedon? Whether or not that’s because Joss Whedon legitimately did something wrong, or if Ray Fisher is just a Prima Donna is up for debate, but again, actors don’t care about “tearing down the competition”, and Joss Whedon is not synonymous with the MCU. For that matter, neither are Geoff Johns, Jon Berg, Walter Hamada, or Toby Emmerich.

He was one of its architects and his name is still associated with it to this day. It might not have any actual effect, but I think the intent is still there. The actors absolutely care about tearing down the competition. Did you not hear everyone involved with Batman v Superman smacktalking the MCU for months leading up to its release, especially Ben Affleck.

So, where do Geoff Johns, Jon Berg, Walter Hamada, and Toby Emmerich factor into his anti-Marvel crusade? You claimed a while back that Geoff Johns is supposedly friends with Kevin Feige, which was why Fisher went after him, but if that’s the case, Fisher easily could’ve made up something about Feige if he wanted to. He even could’ve supported the dumb conspiracy about how Geoff Johns leaked Snyder’s plans to Marvel, and that CW was ripping off BvS. “Everyone involved with Batman v Superman” was not smack talking the MCU. People involved in both franchises have made lighthearted jabs towards the other, but there is no bad blood between them. Remember when RDJ jokingly said “F*c* DC”? Again, multiple actors have been involved with both DC and Marvel productions. These people don’t care about competition. They just care about getting paid. Hell, Zack Snyder is apparently friends with James Gunn. www.comicbookmovie.com/comics/dc_comics/spider-mans-tom-holland-on-suicide-squad-set-a123124#gs.pcv0pc

And he's been commonly accused of selling WB's secrets to Marvel. Frick, I think Ray Fisher actually liked a tweet about that a while back. And yet, Snyder called the MCU's efforts "flash in the pan" while declaring his BvS as something more profound and memorable.

I can’t find anything on that. Also, going after Geoff Johns for presumably being friends with Kevin Feige is a pretty weird and vague attempt at a takedown. Geoff Johns has had absolutely nothing to do with the MCU, but he did serve as an executive producer on BvS. Calling Geoff Johns a bad person is in no way harmful to Marvel, and Fisher’s stated grievances against him have been regarding how he was allegedly treated on the set of JL, not that he was trying to sabotage DC in the glorious name of Marvel. Fisher isn’t even the only person who’s expressed grievances with Johns. I don’t remember Snyder ever calling the MCU movies “flash in the pan”, but maybe I’m not looking hard enough. I do remember when he (in)famously called Ant-Man “flavor of the month”, but he was talking about how that particular superhero compares to Batman and Superman. Regardless, people in Hollywood don’t care about fanboy wars. A lot of these actors don’t even know the difference between Marvel and DC. These roles are just paychecks to many of them.

To be clear, I’m not really taking sides when it comes to Ray Fisher and his beef with people like Whedon and Johns. For all I know, Fisher could very well be blowing things out of proportion in order to boost his career. I guess we may never know.
