ARROW - watched S4 to S7 (waiting for S8 to show up on streaming) - almost the same show every season, a big bad who wants to take over the city, a crisis of faith and someone ends a relationship. Or two. Also, lots of tears. But Stephen Amell's Green Arrow is still pretty badass. FLASH - I've watched up to the episode before the last big Arrowverse crossover (can't remember what the crossover is called) - Flash has always been a favourite character and the show is no exception. The best of the CW shows, IMHO, with the best villains and set-up for the series. In ARROW, metahumans are few and far between, so lots of "street-level" vigilantes with no powers and lots of Kung-Fu. Can get repetitive. Not on FLASH, where one week it may be a mind-controlling Gorilla, the next a Killer Shark on two feet. Plus, the best representation of a Rogues Gallery, besides the aforementioned Grodd, they've had excellent renditions of others, like Captain Cold. Having a city-wide accident give Barry, and most every other powered person, his powers was a genius-level idea for a super-hero show, doing away with endless origin stories. Also, lots of tears. SUPERGIRL- I've watched up to the episode before the last big Arrowverse crossover - I've always been a Supergirl fan and I really like the show, though lately they have really been striving to show how superior the women are to the men. Lex Luthor is a genius. His sister is smarter. J'onn Jonzz is a great DEO director, Alex Danvers is an even better one. They de-powered Mon-El as compared to his comic book version. Even took the poor guy's flight capabilities away. And they are always saying Supergirl is much more powerful than her cousin. Which doesn't make sense. And in a reverse of the Disney tradition, it is all of the fathers who are dead, and all the mothers are the best at what they do. Ok, I get it. But I do like the show. Oh, also, lots of tears. I've only watched the first couple of episodes of LEGENDS OF TOMORROW, so can't comment yet, but sounds like something went off the rails. Should be interesting, at least. BATWOMAN - haven't started STARGIRL - looking forward to it, I'm a big fan of the JSA HARLEY QUINN - haven't started yet KRYPTON - both seasons, really enjoyed it and I went in with low expectations TITANS - first two seasons, great stuff DOOM PATROL - first two seasons, great stuff SWAMP THING - the whole season, I really liked it, would have liked to see where they went in S2 SMALLVILLE- all 10 seasons, sure it had its ups and downs, any show that runs that long will, but overall I liked how they tackled the Superman mythos LEGENDS OF TOMORROW - watched the first couple, liked what I saw, have to get back to it GOTHAM - all five seasons, great show, really fascinating what they did with the mythos CONSTANTINE - still have to check that one out
LUCIFER - first four seasons, waiting for season 5 (the last) to premiere later this month on Netflix, great show, funny as Hell (no pun intended)

He is a male Felicity lol and pandering to the woke crowd. Not the fact he's African American but that he is gay. Eventually I just became used to him I dont care that he is gay. I hate him because he is annoying. Same. I was more annoyed with the rich v poor and animal cruelty issues. What animal cruelty issues were there in the movie? I always hate animal cruelty in movies, so I would've thought I'd remember it. If you're referring to the vexis snake on Pasaana...I was sad to see it with an injury too, but that's why I liked Rey healing it instead of being afraid of it. Say what you will about Rey, but she obviously cares about animals!

The horse like creatures on Casino world Ah, for some reason I misread what you said and thought you were talking about The Rise of Skywalker. Yeah, I hated seeing the horse creatures (called fathiers) mistreated too - which was why I actually liked that Finn and Rose freed them (the only part worth a damn in that whole plotline). I thought it was weird that they introduced new horse creatures in the third film instead of just bringing back the fathiers (at least it would've given Rose something to do and silenced those complaining about her lack of screentime).

Ah yes I remember this. Although Im not sure it was that annoying to me at the time but I can see why. Oliver's a mayor now right? Arrow shooting vigilante is concerned about guns?! I was DONE with Oliver's hypocrisy back in Season 1 of the show when he was all like "Killing is WRONG!" to Helena Bertinelli/The Huntress (as she wanted to off her father for having her fiancée killed)...and then he proceeded to kill guys himself all throughout the first season. He annoyed me with his "Only *I* may kill people!" attitude.

Funny, some of the arguments made for the thugs and henchmen. What about their families? Well, what about choosing the wrong line of work? lol

The upcoming fourth season of The CW’s Black Lightning will be its last, the network announced Friday.
“When we first started the Black Lightning journey, I knew that Jefferson Pierce and his family of powerful Black Women would be a unique addition to the super hero genre,” executive producer Salim Akil said in a statement. “The love that Blerds and all comic book fans around the globe have shown this series over the past three seasons proved what we imagined, Black People Want To See Themselves in all their complexities.”

The CW's Arrow spinoff, Green Arrow and the Canaries, will not be moving forward at the network.
According to Deadline, Warner Bros. Television considered airing Green Arrow and the Canaries and a prequel to The 100 on The CW and HBO Max. While that appears to be off the table for Green Arrow and the Canaries, it is still a possibility for The 100 spinoff.

The CW has announced that the newest Arrowverse series “Superman & Lois” will be getting an expanded two-hour premiere event on February 23rd.
The night will boast the 90-minute long first episode at 8pm followed by the half-hour special “Superman & Lois: Legacy of Hope” at 9:30pm.
That special will feature sneak peeks and interviews with cast of the new series that stars Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch. Special guests will also be on hand to discuss the legacy of the Man of Steel.
As a result of this, the upcoming seventh season premiere of “The Flash” has been delayed a week and is now expected to return on Tuesday, March 2nd.

Jay Lycurgo will play the third incarnation of Batman’s sidekick Robin, Tim Drake, in the upcoming third season of “Titans” which has already wrapped production.
Lycurgo’s Drake is dubbed: “a streetwise kid who has managed to grow up on the toughest streets without losing his indelible belief in heroism. His easy-going demeanour is backed up by a near-genius mind, a natural detective with a perception of detail far beyond his years.”
The third season stars Savannah Welch as Gotham City Police Commissioner Barbara Gordon. With the return of Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) to the city, she finds her life becoming complicated as she starts a new crime-fighting partnership and rekindles her old romance with the former (first) Robin.
The third season is also expected to see the introduction of Red Hood and Scarecrow. Lycurgo also appears in Matt Reeves’ upcoming “The Batman” film as a different character, that film is still shooting and will wrap production March.

As I predicted in the soon to be released completion of the DCEU Podcast, Batwoman has been renewed for season 3. Today CW renewed 11 other shows for next season as well including The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Riverdale. Legacies, Charmed and more.
