I kind of get where you are coming from, although this is certainly not a make or break for me. I'll likely be disappointed if No Way Home turns out to be some elaborate homage to past franchises. Once they integrate previous iterations of Marvel franchises into the MCU, the flood gates will open, and any and all nonsense will become possible. All it will take is a harsh deadline and a lazy writer to get some non-organic, fast-forward character development via a multiverse incursion. That said, the multiverse is likely to be a fad in comic movies, just like "questing" for the McGuffin(s). Once someone unearths the new comic book trope, the multiverse will likely fade from memory. We're likely to see DC and Marvel compete on the same concepts right up until the end of the comic book movie wave. Love you classic avi by the way Death Man prevails.

What if we're all wrong and Spider-Man 3 is basically about Peter Parker joining Antifa and fighting Neo Nazis/White Nationalists and apologizing for his White Privilege?

What if they introduced the MCU via the Multiverse to Deadpool, X-Men and Fantastic Four? More material for Wade Wilson to work with as far as meta-humor goes.

I moved this F4 / X-MEN thread to FOX, which is similar to how ( and why ) I keep all Spider-man threads under SONY.
It also helps spread posting trafiic to other boards.

Could the X-Men be introduced as humans who gained their powers from a shared lineage with the Eternals?

This week though, he spoke with MTV News and was asked about potentially returning to another Marvel character – Johnny Storm whom he played in the two “Fantastic Four” films at Fox.
With the MCU firmly establishing a multiverse, Evans popping up in a small role as an alternate version of Johnny Storm isn’t out of the question. From the sounds of it, Evans is open to the idea:
“God, wouldn’t that be great? Wouldn’t that be great?. No, no one’s ever come to me about that. I mean, I don’t exactly look the same anymore. That was 15, almost 20 years ago. Oh my God, I’m old. But I really love that character, but I think… aren’t they doing something now with ‘Fantastic Four’?
I would love it. That would actually be an easier sell to me than coming back as Cap. You know what I mean? Cap is so precious to me. And you know, I almost don’t wanna disrupt what a beautiful experience that was. But Johnny Storm, I feel like he didn’t really get his day. That was before Marvel really found its footing. So, I loved that role and, you know, who knows.”

We now know that there is at least one earth in the multiverse where mutants exist thanks to Doctor Strange 2!

It's looking like there's a possibility that the Fox-Men will be crossing over with the MCU now that we're getting Hugh Jackman back!
I'm so excited!

I really wonder how they will handle DD. Also realised just now, Im pretty sure they had 2 different Juggernauts in the same universe lol. That first one though...sheesh..terrible..whoever came up with that..what were they smoking??
