Unfortunately in The Netherlands its necessary. In fact Ajax and Feyenoord are not allowed in each others stadiums. Travel towards away games is often restricted to organised travel by the club only. It’s a terrible problem. My country is one of the worst. I’ve found it interesting and been meaning to ask. I mean they do it in England too. I just find it interesting that we have no problems not separating away fans. I’ve had many sitting in front of me during games or I’ve been the away fan and we have fun giving eachother shit, but I’ve never had anybody take it seriously or seen it start actual trouble. I’m just wondering from a macro human perspective what’s going on there lol There were no Feyenoordfans in Amsterdam today... And still this happened... Disgraceful

Normally it would be Tuesday but Ajax has a match scheduled alreaady on Wednesday. Feyenoord is, justified, not cooperating.

From what I read no. 'Just' riots with the police and damage to the stadium.

It’s also a major coincidence that I just got to the Welcome to Wrexham episode about Hooligans the same day Anyway it looks like you’ll ultimately get that win, so that’s huge and congratulations

De Klassieker
In the early 70's the biggest match on the planet.
Feyenoord has struggled the last three decades in this match. Especially in Amsterdam. Last season we won for the first time in almost 20 years in Amsterdam. This season's first edition saw us return to Amsterdam
Enjoy. I did.

Hey my friend. Another thing I’ve been meaning to get your insight on is the bottom of the Eredivisie table. So for context, I’m always paying attention to promotion and relegation in the top 4 English leagues. Are you into the Eerste Divisie, Tweede Divisie, etc? Are there any particular teams from the lower leagues with long standing history I might be interested in?

In recent years a lot of teams that played in Europe (even Champions League) have been relegated. Willem II, NAC, Roda JC, FC Groningen and ADO Den Haag are five teams that are considered Eredivisie teams but are on the second level. So plenty to choose from

So there definitely a sense that the second level is a competitive division

Our second Champions League match. The hardest one. Away against Atletico Madrid.
Yes... We lost. But we played very wel against one of the best Spanish teams. I can safely say this is the best Feyenoord team I have ever seen play myself.
Group standings
1. Atletico Madrid 4-2 2. Lazio Roma 4-2 3. Feyenoord 3-2 4. Celtic 0-2
We can still win(!) this group and progress to the best 16 teams in Europe. To realise you can say that and be realistic.... Dreaming.

Wowwwwww. Titanic match. I know it’s not the result you or I wanted but they showed up strong in Madrid. It bodes well for their chances I feel. They should have had a point.

Since the data has been registered only one time in 2015 by Real Madrid were mote shots on goal registered against Atletico de Madrid at home than by Feyenoord last Wednesday. That shows it was a performence of the highest calibre. We are details away from being European Elite. I actually dont know how to deal with this. I can safely say this is the best Feyenoord since 1974

And get the Netherlands secured amongst the top 5 countries. Its exciting and must be magnified for you

How it stands..
1. Feyenoord 6-3 2. Atletico Madrid 5-3 3. Lazio Roma 4-3 4. Celtic 1-3
A win in Rome and at home against Madrid secures group win with one game away at Celtic to spare. What is happening?
