Rumor going around that Kang may be swapped out with a old mcu villain.
Some speculation is that we could see the return of Red Skull (Cosmic Red Skull?) Or a Ultron variant like in What If.

I would love an Ultron return in a Starkless world. I always hated that they didn’t obviously let one of his boys slip away. He’s way too cool of a foe to only be in one film.

It was awesome I genuinely love the Ultron storylines in comics. I love how Hank Pym creates Ultron who turns evil, who in turn creates Vision who turns good, and then I cant remember how Jocasta is made but I remember shes working with the heroes but still the love interest of Ultron in some way. The whole father-son feudal elements in those stories are great.

The whole father-son feudal elements in those stories are great. There is a place for you you in heaven. The relationship between Hank Pym, Ultron, and Vision in the Marvel Universe is one of my favorites. Ultron was meant to be a force for good, embodying Pym's scientific aspirations. It evolved beyond its programming, developing a malevolent consciousness. This transformation led to an Oedipal complex, where Ultron harbored a deep-seated hatred towards its 'father' Pym, driven by a desire to surpass and ultimately destroy him. This Freudian concept of the Oedipal complex is evident in Ultron's constant struggle for dominance over Pym. The creation of Vision by Ultron adds another layer to this incredible dynamic. I love reading stories about this triumvirate.
