I like what I'm seeing so far… This is faithful to the anime, not slavishly so. Looking forward to seeing this adaptation.

Its interesting although I most curious about y he vibe they present. The anime has a killer atmosphere that’s endlessly watchable. I hope they can bring that out. Also Faye could be more sexed up. Sorry not sorry. Call me a pig but she needs to be a saucy little badass

No complaints from me haha Interested to see what Ed or Vicious will look like, especially the former

I know nothing of Cowboy Bebop other than the name and that the TV series Firefly apparently seemed to draw 'influence' from it (according to some), but I personally think Daniella Pineda looks good (I love the colours of her outfit combined with the purple hair). I still remember her from the first season of The Originals.
I also like these opening credits, as at least they're something 'different'...
If nothing else, I'm somewhat intrigued.

I am very pleased with the opening credits. It's so close to the anime. I'm also happy that they kept the music the same there. Hope it's the same for the closing credits.

Yeah it's quite faithful to the original opening credits, see below for a side-by-side comparison. Who was she in the Originals btw? Also did I see Elena Satine in the opening credits? Yeah thats what Ive heard too re Firefly, that Cowboy Bebop was an influence. As well as Outlaw Star.

She played a witch who was killed off partway through the first season of the show. vampirediaries.fandom.com/wiki/Sophie_DeverauxAnd, yes, Elena Satine is also in this apparently. I've seen her in quite a few different things.

Well...it's certainly got style - I do wonder, though, how long they can keep that up since I've watched shows in the past that had a very distinct style to their directing, but over time it seemed the directors got lazy and those shows' directing ended up just becoming pretty 'normal' and losing their distinctive style.
I think that not having watched the original will be of benefit to me, since I'll be able to judge this^ one on its own merit instead of just focusing on constant comparisons between it and the original (assuming, of course, that it's ever released on DVD/Blu-ray here - which is the only way I'd ever get to see it).
I certainly like the look of this show and it has me intrigued. I hope I actually get to see it one day.
