Yes. But who would you like to see play Norman Osborn in the MCU? Should be someone who can protray a succesful businessman in his late 40's but also be able to pull of a villain.
How about 007? Daniel Craig? I think a perfect fit and I would love to see him being a villain for once.

Tom Cavanagh? From The Flash? That’d be cool. The same. He has that wily quality that he can apply to both hero and villainous roles on the fly. With Normal Osborne, whose side the guy is on depends on the situation. He's not always the villain.
