I'm a huge Trekkie, saw all the original films (up to and including NEMESIS) in the theatre. I've met over two dozen Star Trek acting alumni, over the years, and they are a great group of people.
My rankings of all shows:
ST:TOS ST:TNG ST:TAS ST:DS9 ST:VOY ST:ENT PICARD - I actually like it better than ST:VOY on down, but it doesn't really feel like ST, and Picard feels like a secondary character, but it's a decent show
ST: DISCOVERY and LOWER DECKS I have not seen yet, the former because it sounds terrible (though I will eventually check it out)and the latter because it's fairly new and I haven't looked for it yet.
My rankings of all films:
ST II ST:IV ST:VI ST:III ST:TMP ST:V ST:FC ST:NEMESIS ST:INSURRECTION
As for the Kelvin Universe films, I like them, but they are so far removed from what Star Trek is to me that I don't really count them in my canon.
Just a personal preference, I do enjoy watching them.

The Season 3 trailer for Star Trek Discovery just dropped. I've watched the two previous seasons...so I'll probably check this one out too (for Georgiou, Tilly and Saru - my three favourites from the show). I'm actually more interested in the Georgiou and Pike/Spock/Number One spin-offs.

I'm grateful for three things on this day.
Today is Star Trek day. While not having anything on streaming I'm thrilled about; Star Trek is back in the public conscious. Certain bleach-blonde pundits on YouTube don't seem to give a shit about Star Trek and will likely never cover it.

I can't believe I haven't posted in this thread. I love Star Trek. I will always prefer the original series but I think DS9 is such an amazing series. I have kind of taken a break from star trek and have not watched this latest Discovery series or Picard. I hear different things about it. Maybe I will watch it eventually. Those that know me know that I usually watch everything I plan on watching, but in many cases it is 10-20 years after they air.

So....
Resistance is futile after all.
Now I have a third streaming service...
Amazon Prime Video so I can watch Star Trek Picard. That talk yesterday was so enjoyable and gave me so much desire for Trek I couldnt resist anymore.

Im a super fan, second only to SW franchise. If it was the other way around then would you have a ST theme for a name and avi instead? Asking for a friend. Whatever the F that means.

I seriously want to get into a couple of those shows now you have not watched much or you’re more of a casual fan? idk, tell me how you’d define me. I’ve seen and own all the main films and particularly love Khan and Undiscovered Country. Tend to favor the original films. Never fell in love with a Next Gen film and so I never got into that series. Recently I’ve gone back and truly enjoyed following the original series and I’ve started to get my eye on some of the spin offs like maybe DS9. This convo put me on a few more though and for some pretty meta reasons.

I think the first Star Trek I ever watched was some episodes here and there of the TV series Star Trek: Voyager. Later down the track I started watching repeats of the show starting around mid-Season 4 all the way to the end. I eventually got Season 4 on DVD so I could watch the episodes I'd missed from that season, but only got partway. I'll finish it eventually.
I watched Star Trek (2009) when it was on TV and then saw Star Trek Into Darkness (2013) at the cinema and got it on DVD.
I've watched Seasons 1 & 2 of Star Trek: Discovery on Blu-ray.
I think it was this year that I watched Star Trek: Enterprise on TV from start to finish (might've missed one or two eps) for the first time. I'd never seen it before.
Currently I've been watching Star Trek: The Next Generation via repeats on TV.
I also watched Star Trek: Nemesis (2002) on TV for the first time (a couple months ago, I think it was).
That's^ all the Star Trek that I've watched. I was never that interested in it for the longest time, but the past year or two I've been giving it a chance.

The good thing is that these shows will always be available for your viewing so it is never too late if you make that decision to explore some more star trek that you haven't already. When TNG first aired I could not accept that as star trek and had no interest in it and then waited till like 2005 before I really watched the whole series. DS9 also and then Voyager and Enterprise. It may be for you or it may not be, but it is good that you are more open to the possiblitiy of exploring more star trek.
